OOTD: Movie Date

Reagan and I actually got time off together, sometimes it's a rare pleasure. Since we both love movies we went and seen the movie "The Hunger Games" (review coming shortly). Excuse the shading, i am bad at squinting in the sun, so i was trying to avoid that, not so sure it fully worked. Ha.

Shirt: City Chic
Jeans: Millers
Shoes: Millers

I love the colour and bling of these shoes.

How cute are these heart shaped buttons of the back of the shirt.

OOTD: Team Meeting for work

Work meetings are 3hrs long and normally consists of total boredom for about 2hrs, the other hr isn't so bad, catching up on clients and what's happening is nice, and sad at times, but that is aged care. As the weather was nice and sunny, i decided to go nice and casual, which is just normal for me really.

Shirt: Thrifted
Shorts: Big W
Shoes: Big W
Nail Polish: OPI Fly

These are my faves, as you can tell well worn.

excuse my dodgy painted nails, LOVE the colour.

While my work doesn't have a uniform so to speak, we just have to wear respectable clothing (no low shirts, hipsters etc.) and an enclosed shoes for safety reasons. I do have a set uniform i wear which consist of black shorts/long pants and 4 shirts of various colours. My reasoning, i work in age care and deal with lots of "stuff" and really if i got bleach or vomit on a shirt, i would never feel bad about it as its just a work shirt.

Super Saturday Finds.

I have to say that i love to go op shopping (thrifting), when i first moved to the area i knew no one but my partner, so i actually volunteer at Life Line one of the local op shops in the area, well i ended up staying there for 6 years and loved every moment. I also love going to garage sales and markets. For a while i got caught up with life as we do, but recently i have gotten back in to it, I've also taken some advantages on the end of summer sales. I just realised that i am not wearing shoes in this outfit and that i really can't remember what i wore on that evening, but i am sure they were flats of some variety. I will get better at these OOTD posts..

Bouquets and Bling

I love flowers i really do, but i LOVE bling too. Trying to find a bouquet for my wedding in May has been harder then finding my dress, mind you that was easy! My bridesmaid and i have been spending to much time in front of the computer googling flowers, both real and fake and have found some interesting bouquets with silk, satin flowers and brooches for bling. I kind of have fallen in LOVE with this idea, anyway here is a few pictures of things that have caught my eye.
If you like the idea of making your own blinged out bouquet, click the last picture and it will take you to a site that shows you how to DIY. Are you game enough?
